These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our promotional websites that link to this document (collectively, the “Site”). They do not replace Google Play’s terms for purchasing or using Android apps.

1. Agreement

By accessing the Site, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree, do not use the Site.

2. The Site vs. Google Play

The Site provides information about our apps and links to official Google Play listings. Downloads, licenses, refunds, and device compatibility for apps are governed by Google Play’s terms and each app’s end user license agreement as presented on install.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site in violation of applicable law or third-party rights.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our or our providers’ systems.
  • Probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities without prior written authorization.
  • Use automated means to access the Site in a manner that imposes an unreasonable load on infrastructure.
  • Misrepresent your affiliation with Youliang Apps or impersonate another user.

4. Intellectual property

The Site, including text, layout, logos, and design elements we own, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print reasonable copies for personal, non-commercial reference. Trademarks such as Google Play belong to their respective owners.

5. Third-party links and content

The Site may link to Google, CDNs, or other third parties. We are not responsible for third-party sites, services, or content. Use of third-party resources is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

7. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL YOULIANG APPS OR ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR USE OF THE SITE (TYPICALLY ZERO) OR (B) FIFTY U.S. DOLLARS (USD $50), EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

8. Indemnity

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Youliang Apps from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

9. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, excluding conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer protections in your country require otherwise. Courts located in Fuzhou, Fujian, China shall have exclusive jurisdiction for disputes relating to these Terms, subject to non-waivable rights you may have as a consumer.

10. Changes

We may modify these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on the Site. The new effective date will be shown at the top. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
